This facility is open to existing clients who obtain from us their personal login details. The results of our enquiries are only available for viewing or downloading by you online and can only be accessed through our website using your unique password.

This is a fixed fee service for tracing individuals or businesses and is on a no trace no fee basis.

TRACING

The prospects of collecting any debt are substantially reduced if you do not know where your debtor is! At Effective we use all resources at our disposal to try to locate missing debtors so as to enable you to press for payment. Our tracing services are provided on a NO TRACE NO FEE basis. If we cannot locate the debtor then you pay nothing for the trace. All trace reports undertaken for you are accessible on line through your unique username and password and you will be contacted by e-mail immediately the report has been filed.

Sometimes a trace is required with great urgency. We can provide a speedtrace service to you offering a report within 3 working days of your instruction. This is chargeable again solely on success and at an enhanced rate. If we trace the debtor but outside the terms of our speed trace service then only standard tracing charges will apply.

MEANS REPORT

A means report providing details on a debtor's financial status (can be invaluable in helping to decide what action to take, if any, to collect a debt. Such a report may confirm whether a debtor has assets, is employed, or may possibly already be insolvent.


A Means or Pre-sue Report would typically include:

· Residential Status (home owner or tenant)
· Public Information (CCJ's, IVA's, Bankruptcy)
· Employment Details

COMBINED TRACING AND MEANS REPORT

This is a combined report giving the results to both tracing and means enquiries.
